Brief introduction: The Plastic Extrusion And Blow Mould Film Machine is a production line on the basis of many years’ practical experience and study. It can use not only HDPE、LDPE to blow film, mulch film, greenhouse film, but also regenerative plastics to blow film, mulch film, greenhouse film. The set is mainly made of main machine, tractor, roll-up machine and electrical controlling box
Main function: Used to blow HDPE、LDPEplastic film. It is widely used in the packing of the industry and food, and agricultural covering (ground film, greenhouse film). Advantage:
The barrel and screw of the extruder adopt the high-grade alloy steel that processed precisely and goes through nitrogen treatment, so they are most outstandingly grind-resistant, erosion-resistant as well as exact and reliable. It also possesses the characteristics of automatic constant temperature controlling system, multi point control, highly controlling accuracy. Auxiliary machine installs platform balustrade worktable, so it can be operated easily and safely. Roll-up machine adopts multi-roller friction wind up structure.
